Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused
- in its original condition
- returned in the original packaging
- sent back with any included parts, accessories, or tags
We may not be able to accept returns for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos showing the item and the problem

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our support team first. We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us in advance, as this may delay the process.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. If this applies to a product, it will be clearly stated on the product page where possible.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or prepared for dispatch.
