Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT+00:00) London time. If you place your order before the cut-off time on a business day, it will begin processing from that day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Handling time is usually 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery usually takes 7 to 9 business days.
This means the total estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
